- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well…. At least they’re consistent incompetent! I always go out of my way to be pleasant and courteous. In return, they are rude. If you call, you can expect the phone to ring without being answered on most occasions. If you are lucky enough for them to answer, they dump you in a voice mail system; voice mails are not returned. I asked questions that are simple and they don’t know the answer or give the wrong answer; I have had to correct them because I know more than them just by reading their website. This office does not realize that the lives of the citizens of Miami County depend on them being professional, educated and timely. They seem to purposely be antagonistic, incompetent and uncaring. If they hate their job, they should quit. If they cannot do their job, they should be fired.By Sena Spencer, May 13, 2017
